  Every time l have gone to this McDonalds on the M1 only reminds me as to why l don't eat or like McDonald's.
  At 12.25am monday the 27th January 2020 l ordered 1 x chicken burger 1 x lrg chips with a lg drink
  For a friend. And 10 chicken nuggets for myself. I believe the burger was naw ok ish. BUT the McNuggets
  Were oily dry inside and flat as.
  Ths McDonald's is a very dirt looking, the staff dont really a shit about the customer or tge food they serve.
  Arrrrr this is why I WILL NOT EAT McDONALDS FOOD. Plus $19.50 for crape. Not happy Jan.

  Ordered a cappuccino and got a flat white. No apology after i complained but i was rather treated rudely. I would understand if the place was busy at the time

  where do I start. I walked in at 1220am on a Saturday morning to find the place a little dirty. I went to say hello to a staff member she turn away if she was busy. as I order my meal I ask the customer representative how her night was I got a mere eh. then continued to try to be friendly to ask if busy, got a simple "kind of". As I work in hospitality I do my best to be friendly n always greet n make them feel welcomed. this customer representative wasn't. I try to joke to say if busy makes the night go quicker the response was "not really". As much as the body language suggested that she didn't want to be there she didn't have to make it clear that she didn't. to much of my display I was very pleased considering the service I just got my meal was good. the burger maker in the back looked like he wanted to be there. very efficient n made the burgers with pride. good to see a little passion considering where he was n it goes a long way. the customer service I received I felt like I was just another number lost in the system. despite the meal was good the girl on the front counter is the first impression you receive from an establishment n the last impression you receive upon leaving. a little smile goes a long way n it doesn't take much to give to customers. very disappointed considering most mcdonald's I go to always give a little back since coming from a country perspective. I would rate her service 1 out of 10 n the burger maker 9 out of 10.
